Vendor Checklist

☐ Vendor has a clear privacy policy. ☐ Vendor does not train on our user data by default. ☐ Vendor provides data deletion options. ☐ Vendor has security certifications (SOC2, ISO27001). ☐ Vendor has an uptime SLA of at least 99%. ☐ Vendor provides API usage logs. ☐ Vendor has a clear incident response process. ☐ Vendor is GDPR compliant. ☐ Contract includes data processing agreement. ☐ Vendor has been reviewed by founder before use.
